PowerMatch™ is a proprietary product and funnel operated under the PowerLabs™ division.

All transactions, payments, contracts, and legal obligations are entered into solely with Passion2Profits, LLC, an Illinois entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, downloading content, or using any PowerNexus™ offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Arbitration Agreement, and all related legal disclosures.

Chargebacks are permitted only in cases of confirmed fraud or unauthorized use.
