Standalone Arbitration Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

STANDALONE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to PowerNexus™, PowerLabs™, PowerMatch™, PowerConsulting™, TailorMade Life™, books, systems, content, or any related service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

• Arbitration shall take place in Illinois
  • Arbitration shall be administered under AAA rules or a comparable body
  • Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
  • Class actions and collective actions are waived

Eligible claims may be brought in small claims court.

This agreement survives termination of services.

MODIFICATIONS

Passion2Profits, LLC may update this Legal Pack at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
